Taxonomic remark According to Cheng, 2015: P. effilatus should probably be considered as Micoletzkyia effilatus (Enoplida: Phanodermatidae)...  
Taxonomic remark According to Cheng, 2015: P. effilatus should probably be considered as Micoletzkyia effilatus (Enoplida: Phanodermatidae) but the descriptions of the species is relatively simple and so there is still doubt.
