Procamallanus ahiri n. sp, from the intestine of Anguilla bengalensis at Poona, India, is described and figured. It differs from P. bagarii in having a smooth buccal capsule, longer spicules (0.35 to 038 mm. long) and by the arrangement of the 8 pairs of post-anal papillae. P. mysti n. sp. from the stomach of Mystus cavasius at Poona and P. saccobranchi n. sp. from the intestine of Saccobranchus fossilis at Nagpur are described and figured [but neither is differentially diagnosed]. Cucullanus ritai n. sp. from the intestine of Rita buchanani at Calcutta is described and figured. It differs from C. filiformis by having shorter spicules (073 mm. long) and in the arrangement of the caudal papillae.
