Two new species of marine nematOdes of genera ParodontoPhora (Family Axonolaimidae)and Paracomesoma (Family Comesomatidae) from the Bohai Sea are described Parodontophora marina n sp is similar to P. maris)aponici Platonova, 1971 from which it can be distinguished by the regular arranged cervical setae, a longer renette cell and the position of the excretory pore
